Supply Installed

Was very happy with Linden and the Supply Installed process in designing and arranging install of our PV Solar system. Linden answered all my questions and was happy to modify and create a bespoke solar solution that suited our house/family. Nothing was too difficult when other suppliers just wanted to push their canned solutions. Would definitely use again and recommend.

We were looking to get solar panels installed. Linden from Supply Installed was able to provide a wide range of excellent value options quickly. He was then able to quickly modify options for us as the system requirements changed due to Essential Energy requirements. Customer service was outstanding and nothing was too hard. Very responsive and easy to do with. If you want solar in Canberra don't go anywhere else. System has been working very week and dropped out power bill significantly.

Excellent service and great to deal with. The Supply Installed interface was easy to use and showed us the full information and quotes for our chosen options which made it very easy to compare and choose. Linden knows his products well and will give you the honest pros and cons. We were able to choose our own system setup not just a generic combination. Service and installation was fantastic and they came when they said they would and on time too . Highly recommend.

Linden was selected to design and install our Solar roof system due to his flexibility in listening to customers and customize a system based on need rather than a standard industry model. The choice of various hardware gave us plenty of ideas of how to maximize our requirements. Supply Installed was straightforward and easy to work with. The platform provided multiple options to configure a new solar power system, with all the information sheets and pricing available in the one spot. This made it simple to explore different options without having to go back to the supplier with multiple questions on basic product information. When it came to confirming the chosen system, the transaction with the supplier was completed through the platform. From a customer perspective this was about as efficient as it gets once I understood what the platform was delivering, and that it is a third-party tool used by the end-supplier to simplify the solar system design, ordering and payment processes.

We had a large Solar PV system installed. The process was straightforward from start to finish and communication was excellent. Follow up support (required mainly due to storm damage) was very good. Would recommend without hesitation.
