Brady Souden has looked after my electrical needs for quite a few years. Last week I had an emergency situation in the evening, and Brady dropped everything to come and fix the issue. That was the second time I've requested urgent help, and the second time he's provided it. His work is excellent, and I hope he stays around for a long time!

I was alerted to an error by another provider by Econ Energy. The correct material and repair was organised. They were punctual and pleasant. I was very impressed that after the job was done and there was no sign they had been there apart from my solar batteries were working again and I was not paying for my electricity .

Brady, Bronnie and their team did a fantastic job of our PV and battery install, from the design phase through to installation and connection to the grid. Brady is very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. Very different to the other operators out there, many of whom just quote on a satellite view of the house. Brady took the time to talk me through all the options. Can't recommend him highly enough, and also his partner Bronnie who keeps everything ticking along in the background.

Econ Energy did a terrific job upgrading our ancient fuse box and putting in our new induction stove top. They were extra helpful with the rangehood, helping us return one we chose in error and approving/installing one that actually fit. Great communication and always came when they said they would. We will definitely use them again.

I can't express too enthusiastically the incredible service we received from Econ Electrical and Data. We had an old gas cooker and hot water tank removed, to be replaced by an induction cooktop and heat pump water tank. We couldn't be happier with the final result! ALL the staff were absolutely amazing, courteous and were very patient with our endless questions! Phone calls were always answered promptly. The workers arrived bang on time and were incredibly professional. One of the plumbers (apologies, forgotten his name!) willingly came over after hours to quickly fix a small issue we had with the heat pump. It was a long day's work in hot weather, working on an old 1980's building. Thank you to everyone. I'd give Econ 10 stars if I could. Thanks so much Frances, Kambah
