Ready Set Reline

We contacted Ready Set Plumb around 3.15pm on 3 November for an emergency after both the flush valve and water tap in our toilet cistern broke sending water across the bathroom floor. Di handled our call promptly and arranged for Sam to attend around 4.30pm. Sam carried out the urgent repair, installing a new flush valve, replacing the snapped water tap and fitting a new rubber seal. A month later, the repair remains faultless. (see attached photo). I highly recommend this company and would contact them again when needed as follows: 1. Transparent Pricing: They provide a written all-inclusive quote on-site before anything is done. Just remember to add GST to the quote and jobs done after 4pm weekdays are considered after hours. 2. Responsive and communicative: Di and Sam were quick to respond, kept us informed at each stage, and Sam clearly explained what had broken, even showing the broken parts. 3. Professional service: Sam cleaned up thoroughly, took away all rubbish, and even asked if he should remove his boots before entering the house. Overall, great work, service and communication.

My previous plumber while fixing another issue discovered I had a cracked pipe under the kitchen concrete slab. After many stressful months of calling him to come and fix it, I kept getting the run-around. I searched online and found 'Ready Set Reline'. I gave their office a call and booked an appointment. Sam came and inspected the broken pipe. He explained how a reline would be a better, quicker, and more cost-effective solution. I made an appointment with the office for the team to come and fix it. On the day of the job, Sam, David, Ryan, and Alex all showed up on time. They relined the pipe. I asked questions throughout the process, and they answered everything. All work was done with a high degree of professionalism by tradesmen who were prepared to explain what they were doing and how it worked in an easy going manner which made me feel very comfortable with the end result. I was extremely impressed with all aspects of the whole process from booking the original consultation to the completion of the work. I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Excellent service throughout from 'start to finish'. The initial consultation and quote was completed with Luke who was attentive and easy to deal with. He offered sensible advice and options and was happy to address all our questions. He took notes and photos regarding the required work and provided a quote there and then. We would also like to call out Dianne the Office Manager who was a pleasure to deal with attending to all the amendments (our fault) and re-issuing of invoices, working in with us in booking the date for the work etc. David and Mark attended on the day to complete the work and were friendly and professional. In what turned out to be a long day (9am to 6pm) all the work was completed, and we are more than happy with the end result. We would definitely be happy to use these guys again.
