The sewer pipeline was blocked and the floor drains were like small fountains. My daughter gave me the telephone number of Massenett & Rickard Plumbing Pty Ltd, saying that they are good. It was already after normal working hours but my call was responded to, then an SMS arrived with various service fees and in an hour a truck with Nick arrived at my house. Nick asked a few questions about piping installation, did very quick checks, had proper equipment and removed the blockage. He also explained to me how to deal with any possible future problem with already root damaged pipe, and he located the exact spot on the ground.
