Hot Water Sydney installed my hot water system back in 2013. The job was very difficult in a confined space, but Barney, the technician, completed it professionally and without any complaints. Since the installation in 2013, the hot water system has been running smoothly right up to today, with no problems. Excellent workmanship, reliable installation, and long-term performance. I got my solar hot water system removed and reinstalled for roofing purposes 2 months ago and I forgot to leave feedback. I called and got quote quickly from Ingela without any inspection which saved a lot of time, the price was better than all other places quoted me who had to go on site to quote. Barny (not sure if it’s his name) came on time, did the job well, efficiently and also helped clean the solar panel. If I need help in the future, I will definitely come back. Thanks team!

I highly recommend Hot Water Sydney after my hot water system exploded and flooded my apartment, I was distressed and then blessed to use this company for the second time. Chris and Will were wonderful, both very polite and professional.
