Recount my problem to him and he patiently surveyed my driveway and while could not initially identified the source of the problem, he asked to survey my backyard as well. Sure enough the problem was there although the problem/symptoms were at the front of the house. Thank you for your time and delayed your dinner then to sort out my issues.
