It’s never an easy decision to spend hard-earned money on a thorough repair, but Anthony was very understanding and explained several options for dealing with the blockage. In the end, it was absolutely worth it. The Lime team replaced the terracotta section connecting to the main sewer line and also re-lined the main house sewer line for us. I completely agree with another client who wrote: “It’s rare to find tradespeople who combine technical expertise with such friendly, considerate service.” Every team member was polite, professional, and easy to communicate with.
