Jake was very friendly and professional providing pest treatment. He was very accommodating around my shift work and finding a suitable time. We had to reschedule due to rain, and he was able to fit me in at a time that suited me no troubles at all. The process was very quick and his communication about expectations and follow up was perfect and more than happy to answer any questions that I had. This service also provided a 12 month warranty on ants, which was my main concern, instead of 6 months like other pest control companies. Will definitely be using this business again in 12 months time 😊

Had Jake come round after discussing an ant problem we had. Very prompt and easy to communicate with. Provided a full treatment including baits in the roof and external mice baits even without us asking. He conducted the work quickly and efficiently and its been a couple of weeks now and appears very effective. Would highly recommend for your pest control needs.

Jake was amazing, initially I only booked for pest control but Jake offered to do a free termite check on a questionable wall he spotted. Luckily he did and I was able to book in for termites too, super lucky he managed to see the problem before it was too late. I haven’t seen a single cockroach since having the pest control done and I’m forever grateful that he’s taken care of the termites as well! We were looking to come up with a plan to stop any potential problems with termites getting into our newly purchased house. We contacted Jake from Critterkill who came out to our property and did a thorough inspection to.assess what would be best for our needs. He found a nest near the house (which he killed off quickly!) as well as coming up with a plan for us to keep the termites at bay. He put in termites traps around the property to ensure they would not gain access to the structure, then when we finally moved in, he came back out for us on another day in order to spray the house for other pests. While he was here, he checked the initial termite traps he had put down which showed that the traps were doing their job well! We are very satisfied with the service provided by Jake at Critterkill. He was only too happy to help, had a constant smile and did a very professional job. On top of that, he has organised follow up times to check traps currently in, which I am sure I will forget about otherwise! I would highly recommend Critterkill to anyone looking for a very professional pest control provider who delivers and follows up on their initial promises.
