    Possum issues in the roof of a unit building led me to Jim's Termite and Pest site. I was put onto an amazing man by the name of Paul. As advised he came on the specified day and contacted me regarding his findings there and then. After approval of his quote via the Body Corporate (which was $250 cheaper than another quote) he set up a day to instil the one way doors and again informed me of what he had done including photos of entry points etc. He will return this coming week to remove the one way doors and seal any entry points that were found. Paul is efficient, gives clear instructions and follows through with what he has to do. Very happy unit owner now! Thanks Jim's Termite and Pest control and special thanks to Paul.
