We discovered a live termite nest during our fence replacement works and were extremely stressed and worried. We contacted EPM, and they arrived on site very quickly to help manage the situation. He was very patient and thorough with the inspection, and took the time to clearly explain the termite treatment process and options. His explanations really helped reduce our anxiety and gave us confidence in how to proceed. Thanks to their prompt support and clear guidance, our construction work was able to continue smoothly. Blake, John and the technician service team did an amazing job installing a chemical termite barrier and pest treatment in my property.
