Very happy with the termite inspection carried out by technician Tim Brown of McKenna Pest Control. His inspection was thorough with personable, knowledgeable explanations of issues and best treatment options. The customer service team is also very good to deal with and go out of their way to help and accommodate requests.

McKenna Pest Control recently carried out a pest control treatment and a termite inspection on my property. Matt who carried out the service was punctual and I was very impressed with the thoroughness of his inspection as he located a few concerns of which we were unaware. This is the first time we have used McKenna and I am very happy with the service rendered.

All preliminary locate and eradicate work done to our satisfaction. So far so good. The real treatment happens in six weeks. OK, six weeks have passed, the original eradication work has been inspected and pronounced satisfactory and the "prevention" crew has done their thing. Great guys, very professional and thorough, explained what we could expect in the future (peace of mind, mainly) and left the place spotless. We'll have them back in twelve months for the first of five annual inspections. Very satisfied with their work.
