Bug Guy Pest Control

Brilliant! We were recommended by our realestate to contact The Bug Guy for a pest spray and what can I say?! Jess in the office is diligent, very easy to talk to and kept us updated after a last minute change of plans (thanks Cyclone Alfred!). Ray completed the spray and he was respectful, friendly and knowledgeable about the services he was providing. We would absolutely recommend The Bug Guy to family and friends. I would highly recommend ray and the team found ray to be honest, reliable and and great value for money. Old fashioned customer service with no sale pitches. I first come across the business when I was trying to load furniture in my ute at harvey normans when out of now where ray asked if I needed a hand he and his off Sider then helped load my ute so I hired them the spray my house. Whilst digging the trench for the spray ray found my waste water pipe was cracked upon wich he then place that section of pipe for no extra charge I would be surprised if you found better customer service then that elsewhere.
