I made an enquiry through Fleet Locksmiths and had a reply from Will within the hour. After a few quick questions about the vehicle and immobiliser system, we locked in a 5:30 PM appointment for the following day — quick, clear, and professional from the start. Will arrived on time and successfully programmed a second transponder key to my Audi Q7. Anyone familiar with these knows the Audi immobiliser systems can be temperamental, especially when adapting additional keys. He handled the immobiliser adaptation and key learning process without issue, and also cut and supplied a spare blade on the spot. His mobile workshop is extremely well equipped — proper diagnostic and key programming gear on board, not just basic cloning tools. The entire job, including immobiliser pairing and testing, was completed in around 40 minutes before he was on to his next booking. Will is friendly, efficient and affordable. After contacting Will to remove my keys that had become stuck in the front door, he provided me a time frame (checked it was ok with me) and a cost. Will arrived early, explained what had happened and fixed it perfectly AND got the key out without breaking the key or the lock. I’m having him back to re-key the balcony door. Highly recommend!!!
