Used Geelong Locksmiths as my car key was not starting the car. Aurie rang before coming out and arrived right on time as I had been advised earlier in booking. Aurie explained the process and recetified the issue/s quickly. Very promt, reliable, friendly and courteous service. Brilliant service. I called the office in the morning with 2x lock issues at my home. By the afternoon, Corey had visited site and fixed both locks, as well as fitted a roller catch on our front door which has made life so much easier. I was so impressed, and would highly recommend them.

Had some keys cut today for a crim safe door. Young guy on the counter was great. We had the door installed last week and went to bunnings to get keys cut and they did not work (surprise) Went to Geelong locksmiths and they work perfectly and very reasonably priced.

A huge thank you to Corey and Geelong Locksmiths for helping my wife out on the weekend when our front door electronic lock had gone flat and she could not unlock the front door which caused her a lot of anxiety. Corey gave my wife instructions over the phone on what to go and purchase and do which allowed her to unlock the front door without them charging a call out fee. Both my wife and I are extremely grateful for this kind gesture, its not often you get a Company with good old fashion service and a team member who put himself in the clients shoes to help them out. This business was excellent to work with. They completed the task of opening an old jewelery box that was inadvertently locked at 20% of the cost I had been quoted by another locksmith. The employee on the front desk was very helpful, personable and I noted his patience in thoroughly explaining an issue to a person in line in front of me. I am a very satisfied customer and will use them again.
