  I couldn’t be happier with Li and the service I received. From the first phone call through to the job being completed, everything was handled in a very professional manner. He arrived on time and clearly knew his trade inside and out. What really stood out was how informative and transparent Li was. He took the time to explain what he was doing, what my options were, and why he recommended a particular solution. It was reassuring to deal with someone who was honest and happy to answer questions. The work itself was done efficiently and to a high standard. On top of that, he was friendly, approachable, and just a genuinely nice guy, which made the whole experience stress-free. Certainly no huge call-out fee. As a result I engaged his business to do my whole house. Completed and more than pleased with result. A great guy to deal with

  I can’t recommend Li from A to Z Locksmiths highly enough. From start to finish, his communication was quick, clear, and reliable. He fitted me in on very short notice over the busy Christmas/New Year period, which I really appreciated. Li’s attention to detail is excellent, and his pricing is very competitive. He also helped me reprogram a second remote car key for a great price — much better than what Ford quoted at the dealership. On top of that, he took the time to explain what to do if the key battery ever goes flat, which was incredibly helpful. Such a nice, accommodating guy who clearly cares about doing the job properly. I’ll definitely be using A to Z Locksmiths again and recommending Li to anyone who needs a locksmith 🙏🏼
