Jake and his team were amazing - they came to help us get back into the car on a Friday evening after a friend locked his keys and the dog in the car by accident. They were very friendly, professional and efficient. Overall an amazing result as he came quickly and prevented a long trip back to Melbourne to get the spare key and an unwell dog and was very well priced even though he could have charged so much more given the urgency of the situation. Honestly don’t know how I got so lucky to have found ATG! Basically made a joke out of myself when I shut the car boot with my car key in it. Was frantically calling locksmiths but had no luck. Finally I tried ATG and Jake answered the phone quickly. He was also extremely prompt to give me a quote (a very reasonable one as well), and even drove down 50 mins to my location. He has such a friendly personality and we were chatting while he was doing the job. But most importantly, he is very skillful and professional. Whoever’s in need of a locksmith near the coastal areas I highly recommend Jake!!

Wonderful experience with Jake. So helpful when I was confused as to what type of lock to get. He brought a variety for me to look at. He went to bunnings for me when I could t go and fitted our lock to perfection! He was punctual always messaging before arriving. Thank you Jake your service is easily 5 stars!

Jake was awesome, called up at 9pm on a weeknight, tradie in distress, had locked my keys in the Ute had a big job on the next day , Jake came out at 10pm and got into my Ute easy . Very professional and just a nice down to earth guy that wants to help out, which is hard to find these days. 100% recommended.

THIS GUY! Absolutely brilliant. Professional, friendly, efficient and highly experienced. Got stuck in Torquay, keys were locked in the car boot and my spare key was ages away. A few minutes and I was back on the road. Reasonable pricing too compared to most locksmiths. I have used others in the past but they were somewhat abrasive and took ages to get there. Highly recommend using this local, professional bloke. Can't fault him at all. 10/10

After I’d called another “24/7 emergency “ locksmith who just did not want to do the job due to the time… 11pm public holiday. I found Jake at ATG Locksmiths. He took the job no hesitation, even though it was late, a fair distance from him and could have been very difficult to do. Very fair prices for the service provided. Does not take shortcuts which gives you a better quality outcome hands down. If you’re unsure about what locksmith to use, go no further, Jake is your man.
