His kindness was exceptional, as he promptly opened the lock on my battery upon my arrival. Not only did he refrain from charging any fees, but he also offered this service as a complimentary gesture. I highly appreciate Joe's exceptional customer service and willingness to help without any cost. Five stars for outstanding service!

  Reliable and Professional – Highly Recommend! We just bought a new unit and had a significant problem with one of the locks. I called Northern Suburbs Locksmiths and spoke with Joe a couple of days before the job. He arrived on time. He gave me a quote upfront, and even though the lock turned out to be a bit stubborn (he spent an extra 40 minutes sorting it out) he would not charge a cent more, despite my insistence. I also asked him to come back and key all the doors alike, and he did it on the spot at a very reasonable price. Friendly, honest, and professional. I’ll definitely be using Joe again.

  I was locked out of my house in Killara and called Northern Suburbs Locksmiths. The locksmith arrived quickly and opened the door in less than 30 seconds — very impressive! I don’t speak English very well, so I was a bit nervous, but he was very kind and patient. The price was reasonable and the whole process was smooth. Highly recommended for anyone who needs fast, friendly, and professional service.
