  Can't recommend Harry more highly! He was prompt and thorough. We have a tricky, non-standard gate and lock and Harry took the time to do an initial inspection and then did lots of research and had multiple conversations with manufacturers to get what we wanted (aesthetically and functionally). Harry then worked for hours in the pouring rain to get the lock fitted properly.

  Locked myself out of apartment, my car keys was also with the house key. After hours of multiple attempts and various way to open the car for spare keys, we gave up. My friend called Chatswood Lock and Key and within minutes, Harry arrived with fully equipments. He was open my apartment door in second. Embarrassingly, I didn’t have enough cash and Harry kindly enough to offer me discount. He is friendly and approachable and also able to get things done quickly and efficiently. The price is a lot cheaper than other big companies. If I happens to have locked myself out or having any issue related keys, I would definitely go back to Harry for his excellent services.
