I don't normally write reviews but after today, whereby I took my safe to Macquarie Locksmiths to get it open, I had to express my sincere thanks to Ben and his team. In brief, our digital safe died and couldn't find the over-ride keys. A local mobile locksmith (Northern Beaches Locksmiths) recommended Macquarie and we're ever so thankful for that advice. I took the safe to them and Ben drilled the lock within minutes and the contents were in our possession once more. We couldn't be happier with their service and recommend them immensely. Thanks again Ben. Much appreciated. Paul Chatswood, NSW

I needed a specific lock installed and contacted five different locksmiths. Macquarie Locksmiths were the only ones willing and able to take on the job. The booking was made within a few days, and Flynn did a fantastic job with the installation. He also took the time to walk me through how everything worked, which I really appreciated. It was surprisingly difficult to find a locksmith willing to do this, so I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.

Ben and his team are a great company to deal with. We are in the same industry and I was put in touch with Macquarie locksmiths through a supplier for help with a particular issue they had encountered. Ben and his team were happy to help a fellow tradesperson out with no financial incentive to do so. Highly recommend these honest operators for anyone needing locksmith work in the Sydney area
