I accidentally snapped my garage key and called Empire Locksmiths for help. Sam booked me in for the following day, but shortly after, Ray called to let me know he had finished his previous job early and could come the same day, which was amazing. Ray was super friendly and quickly removed the broken half of the key from the lock. He also offered to cut a new key for me since the original had broken. Very fast, professional, and convenient. Would highly recommend!
