Because of my background I am often able to gauge the performance of some of the trades and I tend to be a tough critic. Stuart went above and beyond my expectation. He was polite, prompt and incredibly efficiently resolved a serious fault that left my tenant without power. Stuart took the time to explain the work to my tenant which left a very positive impression with her. She even commented that the Western Power team that were also on site were impressed with his subject knowledge. I hope he trains many apprentices through his career.
