I had a fairly messy scope of work involving a 1970s-built home, including trenching, concrete cutting, installing a site main switchboard, and replacing an old asbestos switchboard. Apex Electrical offered a seamless one-stop solution, which saved me from having to coordinate multiple trades. From the very first call, Cam was friendly, responsive, and easy to deal with. Suffered a circuit breaker fire on the weekend and he walked me via the telephone(after hours) to safely shut everything off and was in promptly 7am on Monday morning to diagnose and rectify the problem. We had Cameron from Apex electrical install 4 down lights and a fan today and i was extremely impressed by his professionalism and manor. A couple of hours after completing an online request for service, Cam contacted me to arrange a time to attend my property. His team stayed until 7pm, to finish the job of installing a ceiling fan, an extraction fan in the bathroom and an induction cooktop when previously we had a gas cooktop so included running a conduit in the pantry. The team suggested different ways to undertake this job explaining the it was the least expensive and least impactful way to get this done and saved me from having to get a plasterer to repair walls.
