We recently used Brad and his team for several electrical jobs around our home and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Brad personally came out to provide the quote, which we really appreciated. His pricing was fair and transparent from the start and offered excellent value for money. He removed our old fluorescent kitchen lights and replaced them with modern downlights, and he took the time to help us decide on the best positioning to get the lighting just right — the difference is incredible. He also installed multiple power points in our games room and kindly fixed our electric oven, which had been out of action for years. Everything is now working perfectly. Brad was professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. He showed up exactly when he said he would, kept everything clean and tidy, and completed the work to a high standard. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brad and his team to anyone looking for a dependable electrician who offers excellent value for money.

This is the second time Brad has completed electrical work for us and we've been really happy with the results both times. His costs are fair and in line with industry standards for his experience and expertise in the field. As part of the job, he installed new internal GPO's, moved another and installed a new outdoor fan under the patio. Plus external power points. He has 2 apprentices who are both great lads, completing their work to high standards. The outdoor cables are hidden within the patio structure and we're really happy with the end results. I had a great experience with Brad from Electramatic Solutions this morning. He arrived promptly to replace an exhaust fan, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. I was especially impressed that the apprentice even vacuumed up the mess afterwards — such great attention to detail! Their communication was excellent, the service was friendly, and the pricing was very reasonable. I’d definitely recommend them.

We could not have asked for better. I don't know what others electricians would have charged, I personally think that he is very reasonable. I would not think twice in recommending Brad for the job. Our first experience with Brad was to have a power point installed suitable for a kiln, the kiln needed a 3 phase socket. I phoned around for a week to all of the local electricians , so called best in the area only to be told the same thing NO we don't do that. When Brad was phoned it was an instant yes, thank you Brad. We have had no problems at all . The second time was to install not only power points but also lighting to a newly built she shed. He went out of his way to fit us into his busy schedule. Thank you again for the excellent advice and professionalism shown on these jobs.

He saved us a lot of time, stress and money. He found out what the issue was over the phone and help resolve it. We thought we were facing a long couple of hours and a huge bill but all sorted within 10 minutes over the phone. We would definitely recommend him.
