Had some issues with our system, power bills back to pre solar panels. The team were nothing but helpful, resolving the issue quickly! Also had a service booked which ran smoothly and without issue. Tech that came out was friendly and efficient. Thanks Solargain!

I've just purchased an existing home with a solar system installed by Solargain. On the basis of this I called Solargain (basically a cold call) for assistance in setting up the monitoring side of things - of which Solargain (in particular Jackie) has been nothing but helpful and proactive throughout the whole process. Being new to the home and not understanding / knowing what has been installed, Jackie and her team assisted by talking me through the setup and phone app process, along with providing detailed instructions for reset and shutdown procedures...even to the point of contacting Fronius on my behalf to formally set up the account. The follow ups and communication has been excellent, and all the staff have been a pleasure to deal with - very friendly and knowledgeable. It has been a great experience and I look forward to working with the team for the ongoing maintenance side of things. Thanks Jackie and the Solargain team.

I'm a sparky with high standards and expectations. I chose solargain out of 3 quotes for a solar + battery system and I'm happy I did. Ricardo was great to work with sorting details and design without ever pushing a sale and Daniel the installer was first class with his work and communication. Even the girl in the office who I can't remember her name was super easy to deal with. My system has been performing exactly how I hoped and I would definitely recommend anyone wanting a quality install to at least contact these guys to discuss.
