After having new roller shutters installed on my front windows, I was told it could take up to 15 days before they could be reconnected. Fifteen days. With no security or privacy. A bold suggestion, really. Cue mild panic and a very fast Google search. I called Hilton Electrical after reading their reviews, half-expecting to be told someone could come out in a day or two just to quote. Instead, they gave me clear labour pricing over the phone (already a win in my book) and had Kane on site within the hour. Outstanding. What was meant to be a simple reconnect turned into an electrical treasure hunt, tangled wires buried in the walls and nothing quite as straightforward as hoped. Kane handled it calmly, professionally, and with zero fuss, and managed to get everything reconnected and working properly. Thanks to Hilton Electrical, I wasn’t left spending the next two weeks living like I was on display in a shopfront, relying on strategic lamps, crossed fingers, and blind optimism for security. Fast, upfront, responsive, and genuinely helpful when it mattered most. A big thank you to Hilton Electrical for saving the day (and my privacy).

Fantastic service from Hilton Electrical. The guys came out on short notice and completed the job to a high standard, leaving the site clean and minimising any impact from the power outage required during job. Highly recommend their services.

This is the second time I have used Hilton Electrical for my parent's house. Zac S from Hilton Elec. came in to supply and replace the ten original halogen hanging lights in the house to LED downlights, 4 hanging ceiling lights to LED pendant lights and changed the wall light to a LED light fixture (owner supplied light fixtures). Zac was very helpful and meticulous in inspecting the house and pointed out that the earth stake had corroded and needed to be replaced. He also advised to install mains-powered smoke detectors to be in compliance with current safety regulations. Additionally, he suggested that we install RCD fuses for the lighting circuit for any future lighting additions to house (we are considering adding some more outdoor light in the near future). He was very punctual, courteous and professional in all our interactions and made sure to go extra mile to check with all the heights and placement of the new light fixtures. The work was done over three sessions and my parents & I were very satisfied with his work. The lighting looks a lot cleaner and is brighter while also being more energy efficient. I am very happy with the work done by Hilton Electrical. I have no hesitation in recommending Hilton Electrical to others and would gladly use them again in the future.
