JE Electrical Solutions

JE Electrical were excellent and highly professional. We had 10 MW Jinko panels, a 10MWh GoodWe battery and 2X 5 kW GoodWe inverters installed. The specs they gave us were spot on, the installation took place on the planned dates and there were no extra/hidden costs. On time and on budget - a rare trait for tradies. Which meant we got an upgraded switchboard and a sub-board in the quoted price. They also installed a 270 L iStore hot water heat pump - and did a few other bits of electrical stuff that I needed. All good. The JE staff took me through all of the paperwork (there is a lot of paperwork!) for STCs, VEECs, government rebates and Solar Vic interest-free loans. All went according to clockwork. The office managed my numerous telephone queries with patience and provided the information I required - in plain English. The latter being important. My fears were assuaged. All I can say is that I have been thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of the company and the staff.

We got a new Solar system installed at our factory from Jake and the team at JE. Process was very easy, they quoted us a solution to work over two tenancies which gets us close to Net Zero. The Enphase is really good! Big shout out to the young technician Billy who’s taken a few calls to run me through the system. Would recommend

Great work by the boss (Jake) and Flynn, Xavier and Marty. Had the solar panels and system set up and working in quick time. Flynn's explanation of the inverter operation was clear and easy to follow. Competitive quotes too.

JE Electrical recently installed my 10Kw solar system. From the start the service has been exceptional. Lauren co-ordinated the installation perfectly, and even organised the rebates for us. From the initial meeting with Jake, who outlined many options that other companies didn't, l was impressed by the entire Team. The admin staff kept us fully informed on the process while Matt and his team did a great job with the installation, cleaning the job site and explaining the solar system and battery setup.
