Calen from Lacey Electrics was very prompt right from providing a quote to walking me through the details, making suggestions as to what would suit my home and making recommendations. Communications was very clear and we liaised primarily via emails and text messages in order to ensure we were on the same page and that we had visibility on what was agreed. Calen was also more than happy to liaise directly with the Body Corporate involved as well as the tenants. I truely appreciated this as it made it a lot more easier on my end not having to have handoffs and passing information back and forth. When promised to deliver, Calen never failed. Work was completed on time and as agreed. No follow up on my part was required. Calen kept me up to date at all times. Most importantly, the work he completed was neat and of quality. My tenants were also very happy with the work. I would recommend Calen at any time.
