He sorted out our power points, switchboard work and fault finding with complete confidence and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Steve is fantastic. I had an old‑fashioned downlight that stopped working, and Steve helped diagnose and fix the issue. He called me promptly, scheduled the visit, arrived on time, and clearly explained what caused the problem, how it could be fixed, and the cost upfront. He was very patient while waiting for my confirmation, and he completed the job quickly and efficiently. He even cleaned and tidied up the area afterwards!
