Omzen Electric + Solar

We have just had Omzen complete the installation of our 15kW PV system and 40kWh battery to our home. We were genuinely impressed by the friendly technical staff and the quality of their work. In fact, the team went out of their way to ensure a neat installation, as shown. The Sigenergy/SolarEdge system is working well and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. I would highly recommend Omzen to anyone who might be considering a solar installation or indeed, any electrical work!

Great advice, great customer service, and a great installation team. The after-sales support has also been excellent. I had a battery bank and a Backup Gateway installed by Omzen. I had previously spoken to several installers about options for connecting batteries and a gateway to my existing system, but all the options they provided required replacing parts of my current setup. From the start, the Omzen team gave me confidence that they had the right solution. The Sigenergy solution they recommended integrates easily with my existing Enphase solar system without needing to replace any hardware. The installation went smoothly; the team was friendly, professional, and they did exactly what they said they would do, right on schedule. Two weeks after the installation, the power in my street went out, but I was none the wiser until the Sigenergy App notified me. I’m very happy with the result.

Justin and his team did an excellent job installing our solar and battery system. The project was well organised and clearly explained from start to finish. After installation, they provided a comprehensive walkthrough of the system to ensure we understood how to maximize its benefits. Boys Luke and Matt did a great job with the installation and were very informative. I’m impressed with the service provided and they even painted the backing cement sheet on the wall in the same colour as the house so it matched. Super happy and thanks for the great job.

Absolutely delighted with the job that Justin, Nat and the team did on the install of our new solar system and battery, including removal of the old system. Inspector has just been and complimented the tidiness of the install. Work took a total of 3 days, whole team was very respectful moving around the house as we worked from home and the site was left very tidy when they left. Justin popped in for a last visit when all was done and dusted, to check everything and show me more stuff about the app. And he sent his drone overhead to snap and send me some pics of the new panels on the roof, which was very exciting, as we'd certainly not have gotten that view otherwise! Would definitely recommend Omzen
