Outlook Electrical

Lachlan from Outlook Electrical came out to install two new fans (with LED lights) and wall mounted remotes today. Tested them and showed me how to use them. Love them! Meticulously cleaned up after himself. Clean, precise work. Friendly guy to boot. Couldn’t recommend highly enough! Thanks Lachlan for a job perfectly done (and Jen for the great phone assistance too). 10/10

We’re always a little apprehensive when engaging new tradespeople, but the team at Outlook Electrical proved to be exceptional from start to finish. Gen was fantastic—responsive, organised, and clear in her communication while arranging our quote and fielding questions. Billy and Lachy completed our installation, and we were genuinely impressed by their professionalism. They protected our floors with blankets, kept us well informed about each step of the process (including when to expect any loud noises), and left everything spotless. We couldn’t recommend this team more highly.

Outlook Electrical were friendly, reliable, prompt, and professional. When one of their electricians came to fix a light switch and install a fan, he noticed my switchboard had circuits not properly protected (safety issue – older house not up to current standards). He carefully explained these issues, which was later followed up with a quote and a phone call from Dean (business owner) to ensure I fully understood the quote and answered my questions. After accepting the quote, another electrician was sent to upgrade my switchboard and install extra PowerPoints that I wanted in my kitchen. Both electricians did a neat, professional job, checking I was happy with the placement of switches and PowerPoints, and they tidied up afterward. Happy with the great job!

Dean and the team at Outlook Electrical were exceptional to deal with. Incredibly professional and provided a thorough and comprehensive service, even when a job turned into more of a challenge. Can't go wrong.

Kyle, I pretty sure it was who came out. He was absolutely fantastic, diligent and committed to the job. The new oven looks fantastic. Great price as well excellent work. Dean and team are a machine. Highly recommended.

Lachlan P came out to install a fan in our master bedroom. He helped us with a location for our fan as there were a few issues, and he made this much easier for us. During his time installing, he noticed our leaking aircon unit. In depth he answered all my questions and advised all my options very clearly so I could understand. He was so friendly and amazing to deal with, we have booked him in again to help us fix our aircon unit! I'd also love to say Gem in admin is delightful! She is so friendly and fast in responses! In future, I will never use anyone else for my electrical needs!
