Outstanding service from the Solar4Life team From start to finish, our experience with the Solar4Life team was excellent. The team was professional, punctual, and clearly took pride in the quality of their work. They took the time to explain the system, answered our questions clearly, and ensured we understood how the solar panels and batteries would work together to maximise efficiency. The installation itself was smooth and well organised. The crew worked efficiently, respected our property, and left everything neat and tidy once the job was complete. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing and cared about getting it right. What really stood out was the level of customer service—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on delivering a great outcome rather than rushing the job. We now have a system we’re confident in and are already seeing the benefits. We would happily recommend Solar4Life to anyone considering solar panels and battery storage. I'll admit I was a tad skeptical of the near perfect Google review rating, but now I can say they genuinely lived up to it. I would put forward Solar4Life to my closest friends and family. I chose Solar4Life because dealing with them was so simple, they listened carefully, got all the details right from my brief, had very fair pricing and took care to discuss anything I was unsure about. Importantly, they checked all the boxes re inhouse installers, warranties, and being a Solar Quotes listed installer. Plus had a great reputation on Google. I got into some more technical details with them on occasion, and it is clear they know their products inside and out, and tailor the design for best performance over what's simplest (often meaning cheapest) to install. This was very much appreciated. Overall, I couldn't be happier with how professional and accommodating Solar4Life were. This was a many months long process for me to decide on solar, and from there they nailed it. The installation went super smooth, and I had many questions and clarifications along the way that the team always took care of. Engaged Solar4Life to put in a 48kWh SigEnergy battery with our existing 17.2kWp SolarEdge system. Out of the 4 quotes I got, Solar4Life was not only the most competitive, but took the time to really listen to my request and tailor make a solution that works including monitoring and automation of hot water, pool heater and EV chargers. Anil was an absolute pleasure to deal with prior and during installation. So so knowledgeable and happy be bombarded with questions. Installation was on planned date, punctual, polite, neat and tidy setting up the device with lively conduit work and no fuss. System works perfectly. Highly recommend for anyone looking into battery installation.

I contacted Solar4Life on a whim, pretty sure I was going to go with a quote from one of the big shiny company's that promote online. How absolutely, incredibly pleased I am that I didn't. Solar4Life did a like for like quote and were 10% cheaper (Powerwall 3, Solar, etc). Anil also provided alternate quotes for me, lots of different options, as I revised and revised what I wanted, he has the patience of a Zen master! Fast forward to when I eventually made up my mind, I was all ready to go and Labor announced their battery incentive. Anil immediately suggested we wait as it would be a massive saving for me (despite the massive hit to his cashflow). So I did. Now fast forward to 4th July, it's all installed and I just love it (more than one should love a metal box of electricity). The quality of install is absolutely without question, nothing, and I mean nothing was difficult for them. There were no extra charges. I even changed the location to inside my garage meaning a bollard, a hard wired smoke detector, longer wiring, no extra charge! One last example, we also got the DC EV charger installed, I had noticed on Sigen's website that they were promoting an installer offer of buy 5 get 6th free. Thought not much of it. Just today, Anil sends the final invoice and it notes "20% discount on DC EV charger due supplier bonus". Honestly, you cannot fault Anil or the team came out, Jimmy, Babu, Saab, Goodchan and the others, thank you (and sorry for definitely misspelling your names). Oh, we're in Wollongong and they were happy to travel here.

Really couldn't be happier with our Sigenergy battery from Solar4Life. Quoting was a breeze, price was competitive and the installation was professional and on time. Communication leading up to install was excellent and installers arrived on time and finished within the day and cleaned up well. Thanks Solar4Life, I would recommend and would use them again.
