Had a 12.3kW solar system and 32kWh battery installed by Decarby Solar at a very competitive price. The installation was quick and the team were easy to work with. We did hit a couple of issues along the way, including unexpected asbestos removal needed around the old switchboard, but they resolved everything promptly and gave us a fair deal on the additional costs. We also had other work happening at the house at the same time, and they were great at coordinating around our other contractors. Really happy with the overall experience - would recommend.

We had an excellent experience with Decarby Solar from the initial consultation right through to post-install support. The on-site consultation was very detailed and informative. They spent time assessing the property, walking us through system design considerations, inverter and battery options, and explaining how everything would work together based on our usage patterns. Importantly, they didn’t push a fixed solution — instead, they provided multiple options and clearly explained the pros and cons of each. They also took our feedback seriously, particularly around battery placement, and adjusted the design to suit both technical requirements and our preferences. The installation itself was completed exactly as promised, both in terms of cost and timeframe. The team arrived on schedule, worked efficiently, and the overall workmanship was very neat and professional. Cable runs, mounting, and equipment placement were done cleanly, and the site was left tidy once the work was complete. They also handled all the coordination and paperwork smoothly, including dealing with the electricity retailer and distributor. Any issues or questions raised by the power company were sorted out by Decarby Solar without delays or us having to chase anything up, which made the whole process stress-free. What really stood out was the after-install support. They were responsive to follow-up questions and system-related queries, even during the Christmas shutdown period, which is rare and very much appreciated. It gave us confidence that support doesn’t stop once the installation is done. Overall, Decarby Solar delivered exactly what they promised — a well-designed system, high-quality installation, clear communication, and strong ongoing support. From start to finish, i could not speak highly enough of Bilal, Nana and the Decarby install team. After moving into my new place and looking to get solar and a battery installed, i received an overwhelming amount of quotes with every other company quoting the most expensive systems and with the intention to make my house look like a solar farm - rather than quoting based on what would be appropriate for my actual needs. The Decarby team were the only company to actually come out to visit me, where Bilal and Nana were able to sit down with me, get an understanding of what i needed and were able to clearly explain the pro's and cons of the different systems. They made recommendations and truly helped me understand the benefit of what i was purchasing while also giving me time to make an educated decison and answering any follow up questions without any sales pressure. Install was very quick from start to finish, Bilal and Nana came out just before the christmas holidays and once i decided to proceed, the battery / solar was ordered and with installation finished by the end of January. Decarby has their own internal install team, rather than contractors they were able to control the process and clearly provide me with exact times and clear communications. Seriously a big shoutout is deserved to the installation team! These guys were extremely punctual, respectful and pushed out the install on one of the hottest days to make sure it was done. They removed all rubish and even asked to take their shoes off in the house - definitely a first for me! Both myself and my wife are beyond happy with our new system and have had such a positive experience with the Decarby team from start - finish as well as after support. Decarby Solar were one of three tenderers invited to put proposals to install a Solar Battery in my home. This was the first time I came across Decarby and their team. Unbelievable team and install effort. Spoke to many companies and these guys had very competitive pricing and answered numerous questions I had after the visit. A lot of other companies quoted without even seeing the site. The main electrician (Uygur) is an incredibly kind and talented individual. Went above and beyond. So did their install team who worked extra hours overcoming a difficult install to get the job done. Nana running the show is a good operator too. Everyone I engaged and met from this company were great at their jobs. Definitely recommend this company as part of your panel to get quotes.

We’ve installed a battery from Decarby. I’m very happy with the service, product. Everything went perfect and Nana was very nice to deal with. They are local installer with in-house electricians. Highly recommended.
