Excellent service and great to deal with. Linden knows his products well and will give you the honest pros and cons. We were able to choose our own system setup not just a generic combination. Service and installation was fantastic and they came when they said they would and on time too . The Supply Installed interface was easy to use and showed us the quotes for the various options that we were considering so it was easy to see the comparison. I discovered Leaf Electrical through the Whirlpool forum when looking for a direct installer to cut out the middleman - buying through the major retailers adds extra administrative costs, and you have less flexibility to get the system you want. Linden responded to my enquiry immediately and guided me through a range of options according to the brief I gave him. He is enthusiastic and engaged, and he was always quick to respond to my questions and provide an opinion about the challenges i threw at him. He did not try to oversell - for instance, we discussed the value of adding a battery at the time of installation (early 2020), but determined that it would be worthwhile waiting for 18-24 months for battery technology and battery material input costs to improve. This is why I wanted a direct relationship with the installer, as I would be unlikely to get such an honest response from a major retailer. Thus Linden will get the first call in the future. The installation itself went really well. I have a tiled roof, and it is always possible a tile or two can be slightly dislodged causing minor leaks. Linden's team were professional and their diligence ensured there were no problems through a very wet winter. If you want to support local small business in the ACT region, give these guys a try. Linden works hard, keeps the customer in touch, and delivered exactly what was requested for at a great price.

Very happy with Linden and the Leaf Electrical team for the design and install of our PV Solar system. Linden answered all my questions and was happy to modify and create a bespoke solar solution that suited our house/family. Nothing was too difficult when other suppliers just wanted to push their canned solutions. Linden quickly and professionally dealt with minor cosmetic issues relating to conduit routing on our home. I would definitely use again and recommend. Customer service and satisfaction was a priority!

Received excellent service from Linden and the team for the design and installation of our Enphase Solar system. Linden knows his products well and provided excellent Pros and Cons of various solutions instead of a generic one-size fits all options provided by others. The installers were professional and left the site clean and tidy. Looking forward to coming back and adding a battery to the system in 2022.

Linden from Leaf installed a large Solar system for us (14KW) . He was the only company who thought about the requirement and suggested that we could upgrade to 3 phase for a low cost to enable much greater grid exports. He was always prompt and responsive and took responsibility to resolve issues as they arose without trying to deflect even when there were delays due to the electricity network provider. Even some time after the system was up and running he was still happy to help out promptly with queries etc.

We were looking to get solar panels installed. Linden was able to provide a wide range of excellent value options quickly. He was then able to quickly modify options for us as the system requirements. Customer service was outstanding and nothing was too hard. Very responsive and easy to do with. If you want solar in Canberra don't go anywhere else.
