I contacted Clark Electrical regarding the installation of a reverse cycle aircon. The prompt response was fantastic. Aaron arrived on a frosty Canberra morning and installed the unit for me. The installation is great and Aaron was a pleasure to work with. I will certainly be contacting them next time I need an electrician. Highly recommended.

Ive used Clark Electrical before. Phoenix was very knowledgeable fantastic at explaining how things work and what he could do. Friendly capable and professional Yesterday Ben and Tin came to replace an eroded powerpoint in the kitchen. Peta Clark from the office was so so helpful going out of her way to try to get me a RED or BLACK powerpoint to match my decor. Saving me the driving around. Ben and Tin came at the right time 7.30 am and were engaging smiling friendly professional. During the procedure they tested everything and realised my switchboard (safety board) needed an upgrade (my house 25 yrs old and there are new better things in place now) - It wasn't registering the tripping. Ben explained it to me patiently and expertly after I asked lots of questions about how it all works. No pressure. Gave me a quote. Easy to deal with. Peta at the office just great and the boys chatty respectful and very knowledgeable. I had a lovely experience with all of them Peta, Ben and his son Tin. Thanks Clark Electrical. Friendly and easygoing, well versed in what they do, quoted a few good airconditioning solutions well under budget, they had the ducted system installed, up and running in a day and were really accommodating on incidental work (Yay!
