I’m thrilled with my new windows/door. The team at BINQ went out of their way to help me find savings on my order so that I could complete my renovations. Installer’s Paul and Alex did a beautiful job, with minimal disruption to the space, and exceptional finish carpentry. The lift and slide and awning windows, and large lift and slide door look sensational. They have seriously transformed my little apartment.

Recently we engaged BINQ windows to help design manufacture and install new frames, doors and windows at the front and rear of our unit. We choose wooden frames, double glazing with noise reduction glass. We are very happy with the outcome and the process. The reduction in external sound entering the unit is remarkable as we are on a busy road. The temperature inside is much more stable compared to outside - it is a bit of shock when you step outside on a hot or cold day! I look forward to seeing how much our energy usage will reduce over the next year. The Binq installation team were amazing and it was interesting to observe such skilled tradesmen remove, replace and install over 3 & a half days. No cavity was left open over night - the removal and installation managed one at a time to ensure convenience and security. Support was provided immediately by telephone when I couldn't remember how to lock the door. Also tins of primer and stain were provided so that any maintenance to the frames in the future can be dealt with. I highly recomend Binq - I don't write online reviews normally - I had to learn how to post a Google review to enter this

We have triple glazed UPVC windows and doors supplied by Binq. Some of the windows and doors needed to be adjusted. Michele was very helpful when I called her. Shortly afterwards, an invoice was generated and I paid that. Within that day, we were advised that the service would occur the next day. Ryan was the service technician who attended our site. He was very helpful, personable and very knowledgeable. I can’t thank the Binq team enough for their prompt and helpful service.

We have used Binq extensively. They have changed over nearly all our windows to double glazed, installed bi-fold doors and French doors, and replaced our front door with a magnificent solid large wooden one which gives the entrance a grand feeling. The workmanship and quality of products cannot be faulted. The French doors are in out dining room and we love to open them in the warmer weather to let in fresh air, they are great. The workers have been fantastic to deal with and I have had them back to deal with a minor issue, no problems. All in all we are very happy with Binq products and work.

We got windows, front door and a timber bifold from BINQ about 5 years ago. Never gave a review at the time, but we can genuinely confirm the quality is a 10/10. Everything has aged very well and is as good as the day we installed. We got everything pre finished and so far no need for a re paint.
