Nu-Eco Windows

We had a custom window installed by Nu-Eco Windows for our sunroom almost a year ago, and we’re still so happy with the result! ☀️ The window had an unusual shape, but the team did an amazing job making sure it fit perfectly and looked beautiful. The quality and attention to detail were excellent. Highly recommend, they truly care about their customers’ satisfaction!

We chose Nu-Eco Windows based on the positive reviews we found online. While we knew they wouldn’t be the cheapest option, we were after quality—and we’re glad we made that decision. From our initial discussions with Leith through to the installation, the entire process was smooth and professional. We’re really happy with the final result. A special mention to Stephanie, who was always prompt and helpful in responding to our queries. There was a small miscommunication regarding a dog door, but the team handled it well and provided an alternative solution that worked for us. Overall, we would definitely recommend Nu-Eco Windows to anyone looking for quality workmanship and responsive customer service.

Couldn’t be happier with Nu-Eco. I had a three quotes and this company had a superior product for the same price, if not a bit cheaper. We wanted a fancier style front door with lead light which no one else was able to do. Before they came I ripped the external walls down and insulated, which helped, however after they installed the windows and doors our house became a cocoon. We have had them about two month or so and we haven’t had to use the cooler or heater once. Insulated windows and doors are expensive, however I now live in comfort.

It is difficult to choose a double glazing company - they all seem to have great reviews. However, I could not recommend Nu-eco more. This year I replaced all the windows in my house in two stages. My only regret is that I did not do the first stage with Nu-eco. Whilst the actual windows the other company installed are good quality, I had issues with installation, the installation process and communication. By contrast, nu-eco impressed me with their professionalism and communication through all stages of the process from quoting through to the install. In particular, the professionalism and efficiency of their installation team is worth particular praise. They installed a new door plus numerous windows in what amounted to half a day, and were friendly and courteous when doing so. Moreover on the install day it was my wife who was home - and she felt entirely comfortable with the install team. It is a shame this even had to be said, but I think many of us have had the women we care about report being made to feel uncomfortable by tradespeople, so I wanted to call this out as another big plus for nu-eco. I have already recommended them to a friend and if I ever move house and need new windows, I will go to them again without hesitation.

Great communication and service from start to finish. The initial site visit with Adam was excellent, he explained everything and could answer any questions we had. Andy and the install team were very professional, turned up and got straight to work. They replaced all our windows in one day. Andy pointed out a few defects in the beading, he was happy to come back and replace all that needed to be. Very happy with Nu-Eco Windows, we would definitely recommend them.

The entire process from sales to install was awesome. Everyone at the NuEco team was brilliant and we couldn’t be happier with our new windows. The windows are top quality and we’ve already noticed the difference it has made to climate stability and noise reduction in the house. Thanks heaps!
