Feature Doors & Windows

My elderly mum is very happy with her new door and screens and friends have been very complimentary about the finished job. We thought some sliding patio doors would have to be replaced but Craig assured us they could fix the existing doors and it's made a huge difference to facilitating access to the outside for my mum and keeping costs down as she is a pensioner. Fiona in the office was delightful to work with and I just wish the business could relocate to Central Queensland so I could get some jobs done at my place!

We are more than happy with our new door. The whole experience with Feature Doors was great. From picking our style and colour to the final installation. Julie and the team were always available and flexible. We had our door fitted the. Taken away for a further two weeks for the 2 pac finish and the stain. The installers arrived within the times given and were very professional and tidy. We would definitely recommend Feature Doors.

Quality doors and the salespeople have exceptional knowledge in door making and materials etc. Julie from the glass making department did a fantastic job on the glass panels and Alex did a great job with the paint. Unfortunately, during installation the installer used the wrong colour paint to do the final touch ups after installation. Further, he didn't just stick to touching up the small nail holes but instead ran his brush along the extent of the architrave before realising he used the wrong colour and stopped This defeated the purpose of paying the extra $2000 to have a spray finish by the professional painter Alex. When we called the sales team to notify them of this they were not apologetic and didn't see anything wrong with the installer running his brush along the architrave and said 'it was general process for the installer to brush finish the architrave'. They were just trying to cover there mistake as it wouldn't make sense to do 4 coats of spray finish only to have an inexperienced installer undo all that hard work. The painter Alex eventually came down and fixed the issue however, again we ended up with a brush finish on the architrave instead of a spray finish as we had asked and paid for. A company may seem great when purchasing products, but is when an issue arises that you realise how good a customer service they can provide. This company was lacking in that regard. Just something to keep in mind.

We were extremely happy from beginning to end with using Feature Doors & Windows. The customer service team were extremely knowledgeable in their products and provided advice without giving off the pushy sales vibe. They made the whole process of choosing, ordering and installing the door very straightforward, they have their own team do the install - no outside contractors involved. Definitely worth visiting their showroom to meet the team and checking out their range.

I needed unusual and difficult to source leadlight supplies. While there I was seemingly transported back to a time when genuine care and customer service meant something .
