Hai and his team changed all my windows in the house. His windows are such good quality. Throughout the whole process, Hai would frequently communicate with me to make sure we got the right colour, right style and design, and talked us through all the preparations. He took 3 days to do the job and I’m so impressed by how professional, respectful and friendly his team are. They always cleaned up their mess. Hai also gave us advice on maintaining our windows.

These windows are brilliant – the bedrooms are quieter. What stood out most was the installation crew. The installers were absolute professionals: they protected my flooring, carefully removed the old frames without any damage, and double-checked every seal before finishing. They even took the time to show me how to operate and clean the new locking system. It’s rare to see such pride in workmanship these days. Excellent product and an even better team.
