I am 110% happy with the prompt and professional assistance provided by Emma Ogilvie and Teagan Poynton. My order for bi-fold windows and sliding stacker doors required customisation. I was communicating from 1,400 km away and the product was completed on time and perfectly to specifications. This was largely due to the excellent product knowledge and follow through of Emma and Teagan and Trend obviously have excellent work flow control.

Very happy with the bifold windows we ordered from Trend Windows & Doors, excellent customer service from Emma Ogilvie, she was prompt when answering our questions and providing the revised quotes. Quick turnaround time also, will be using Trend Windows again for our doors.

I reached out to Trend to help with some bungs that were not fitted to my (awesome) Trend stacker doors when they were installed by our builder more than 2 years ago. Emma Ogilvie quickly located these for us and is shipping them FOC to rectify the oversight (likely by the builder) - thanks so much Emma!

Something that is rare these days, Riki Maka, rang me today to suggest an improvement to my raked windows and sliding doors design so they would look much better when finished. And no extra cost. Thankyou for caring about my project and offering a cost neutral improvement.
