Wendy organised the work promptly. Rodney managed to service the door and make it work instead of replacing the whole door (the other supplier quoted to replace the door). I found Wendy very helpful, thorough and fast responding. Rodney is fantastic as the other managers said. He gave professional advice and provided great service. He responded even after hours to help a tenant secure their garage door before Christmas. I highly recommend Hi-Grade Door Solutions.

I only had 2 hours until settlement time and they moved everything around to install a new unit and get it done for me. Truly incredible customer service and lovely people to deal with.
