DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME GETTING MULTIPLE QUOTES - this company is it! We had just moved into our newly built home right before Christmas, and with only a few weeks left, we were stressed about finding anyone who could install a doggy door in time for our fur baby. We sent messages, emails, and enquiries to multiple companies - no one responded. Then we finally found Chaplin Screens, and everything changed. From the moment we reached out, Tanya was professional, friendly, and incredibly quick to respond. She clearly explained the installation expectations given the pre-Christmas rush, yet still managed to squeeze us in (understanding what was important to us), which we are so grateful for! One of the things we love most about Chaplin Screens is the flexibility and options. Rob measured our entire house, and Tanya provided a range of staged installation choices that worked perfectly with our budget. When Rob arrived, he was punctual, communicated clearly about his arrival time, and even asked whether I preferred he take his shoes off - such a small gesture, but it speaks volumes about their professionalism and respect. Rob was patient and thorough in explaining the Screenguard product and answered every single question we had without hesitation. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. Needless to say, we’ll be using Chaplin Screens for the rest of our home. Don't waste your time getting multiple quotes, Chaplin screens handle everything themselves, deal directly with the supplier and install themselves!

From quote to installation Rob & Tanya were faultless. Communication, pricing, scheduling, the service was fantastic. Chaplin provides reasonable pricing for an amazing product (beware of other companies who quote the inferior cheaper aluminium products!). My elderly mum feels so much safer in her own home after Rob installed security screens on all her doors and windows. They are triple locks and look so modern and clean. Could not recommend enough!
