Excellent and very professional company. From first contact to planning and execution. The tradies did a meticulous job, even cleaned the new build in windows. We replaced 23 windows and 3 doors. Great products, the house stays cool (even w/o AC running all the time) and it is very quiet now. We love the turn and tilt window style knowing these from (cold) Europe. And a great view to the outside, no safety screens, no louvres - just awesome. Had friends over currently building a new house and they were convinced from the high quality windows and doors and chose DGM as their future supplier. Well done DGM team.

Simply the best! I have lived in houses with double glazing since 1972. In 1982 whilst living in Germany I first came across “Tilt and Turn “. It is without doubt the most efficient system and is very flexible so that the glass combinations can be tailored to your needs. Erick and Danilo installed 23 windows and 4 doors in four days and left everything spotlessly clean. The quality of all the components is excellent and I gather even the screws are imported from Germany. We have already experienced just how effective the windows are at eliminating noise as a caterpillar bulldozer was operating about 50 metres away but once we closed the windows it could not be heard inside the house. We have been progressively replacing existing windows and entry points with Double Glazing Masters products following a home audit by Paul from Sales. It has been an huge financial commitment for us, that initially was to dampen substantial external noise issues from an adjacent neighbouring property that was significantly impacting on my health and well-being - but it also became apparent the products enhanced security and thermal regulation and are made from very durable materials. Conor has been outstanding in overseeing a number of our progressive installations and following up where necessary. The most recent installation was replacement of a glass kitchen alcove with three fixed glass panels. The kitchen now has a seamless view to the outside and a bright and airy ambiance inside. Andy (who runs the company) was onsite for part of the install and his input was invaluable with regard to providing advice on further addressing a continuing external noise issue. Thank you team.

We used Double Glazing Masters to replace our existing louvre windows. They have been very flexible as we make our way through all our rooms. We absolutely love our new windows, reduction in noise is pretty amazing especially as we are located on a frequent road (we also get much more light in as insect screens on these windows are almost invisible - bonus!). I absolutely love tilt and turn windows design - it’s very practical.

I've retrofitted our windows in a new build with Double Glazing Windows. Initially, we were looking at double glazed windows with aluminum frames which were cheaper from a different company. However, having now retrofitted four bedroom windows with these double glazed windows, I have no regrets...you certainly get what you pay for. These windows are demonstrably high quality with excellent sound reduction qualities, so highly recommend. Any issues along the way are just dealt with in a seamless, accountable manner. Everyone from Paul (sales), admin and the installers are fantastic to deal with.
