The whole team at AWS have been fantastic, from sales to manufacturing and even installation support as we installed the glass doors ourselves. The product itself is high quality and has formed a key part of our renovation.

With 25 plus years in manufacturing I think I have a fair understanding as to what to expect from a supplier of systems and materials and support. AWS not just met those expectations, they exceeded them. The support we receive from this supplier is fantastic. They don't just do their part well, they help us to do our part well too 4 years ago the head of our Glass Window and Door Dept came to me to put forward his case to change from our existing supplier to AWS. We suround ourselves with good people so we listen and investigate opportunities when these options are raised. Within a very short time I was convinced he was right and we along with support from AWS converted our entire production of these products over to AWS. Without doubt changing to AWS has helped this part of our business grow beyound what we thought was possible in such a short period of time. And here is why. With access to the entire range of the AWS products we found we were able to compete for contracts that our previous suppliers systems failed to meet. AWS had their people help our people in every department, from assistance with understanding the choise of systems for our estimating dept to helping us decide which additional machinery was best for our growth and most important guidiance to our production leaders who were at the front line developing our process for the new systems. It is unfortunate that in giving AWS the good rap they deserve Im probably inviting more competitors to come accross to the good side and complete against me. But it is what it is
