Dowell Windows

I recently attended their factory in Smithfield looking to get replacement parts for my 10 plus year old Dowell bifold doors. I was greeted by 3 friendly staff members in reception. I explained my problem and the sales representative who was present, Nathan Deacon, grabbed my sample door part and disappeared at the back. A short time later he came back with the parts I needed- no payment necessary he said- was just happy to help. If this is an example of the service they give their customers, then I can highly recommend Dowell Windows! Thank you again Dowell Windows team. I really appreciated it!

I would like to say that Kevin and the other team members from Dowell Windows were able to resolve the issues that we had with a few of our windows. After several emails, telephone calls and onsite visits to our home they were able to find a resolution for our window issues. Kevin was most helpful, he kept us informed during the process with any updates. The only reason I give a 4 star review is because it took such a long time for everything to be sorted. The longest time waiting for replacement glass. Overall a good experience with dealing with Kevin from Dowell Windows.
