Stephen and Jessie fixed my 2 large sliding doors that has issue for the past 30 years, and I have almost given up trying to fix it. But they spend time fixing the root cause, and it all went smoothly and they even cleaned up & vacuum up afterwords. It is the best its been since 30 years ago. Before they came, 1 of the doors was permanently stuck and cannot be opened, the other 1 is difficult to slide. Now you can slide it with a finger!! I had long given up hope of being able to fix my apartment's sliding balcony door. The building is over 50 years old and so is the door. It is a very heavy glass door and took a huge effort to close. On some days almost impossible to open. It seemed likely I would need a total replacement. Enter Stephen and Jessie from Adsafe. The moment Stephen entered my apartment his long years of experience saw him recognise the type of door and roller construction immediately and share his confidence that he could repair it to my satisfaction. Well, 90 minutes later not only was it repaired, (like new), he had me test it and it took only a single finger to slide it from fully open to lock and close. A brilliant job and hugely cheaper than a new door. I highly recommend Stephen and Jessie as the right team to provide professional advice and repair to, (I suspect) a vast number of challenging situations involving all manner of sliding door types. Stephen and Jessie from Adsafe doors were very easy and professional to deal with. Replaced rollers, machined and capped the track and adjusted locking mechanism on my sliding glass door, which now functions much smoother than it ever did from new, extremely happy with the quality of work and would have no hesitation in recommending their service.
