Lee Buckley installed our bi-folding gate back in Feb 2020 (Castle Hill) and has been fantastic ever since. Over the years, I’ve contacted him several times for minor adjustments or maintenance and each time Lee (or Tomas) had responded promptly and without hesitation. Today, Lee’s team came out personally to fix a loose bolt that was stopping one side of the gate from aligning properly. Diarmait provided top quality gates for our home which are just the look I was after. He was very patient with my many variations of the height, width and spacing of the "posts" (probably not the right word) that run along the top part of the gates and very helpful with colour choices. I particulalrly appreciated his time management skills, keeping me regulalry informed of the progress of the manufacture. This is critical when other trades are involved, namely electrician, landscaper and mason. I was worried about installing a 3-section telescopic gate because many companies won't do them, but he talked me through the technology so I felt comfortable proceeding and it has been a great success.

We have just installed a set of Talbot Bi-Fold gates in our Hervey Bay, Qld house and chose bifolds because we have limited clearance between the garage and the footpath for gates to open. Our new gates were installed last week and we had a couple of teething issues which Talbot and their Technician "Jake" came up to Hervey Bay and quickly resolved. The gates are amazing, exactly what we ordered, work well and the Talboit customer service was fabulous. Being in a regional place like Hervey Bay often causes issues with Brisbane suppliers but this had no impact on Talbot, they supported us just like we were metro!! Thanks Talobot

Talbots designed a really interesting bi-fold gate for an usual driveway. It works well and when it needed some maintenance, they were there within 24 hours and always helpful. A great team of professionals

Andrey is such an professional and friendly guy!!! In one go he fixed my roller door, boom gate and installed 2 bollards to protect the newly installed reflection boards!! I cannot express more gratitude towards Andrey and Nas!! I highly recommend Talbot!!!
