You can tell how good a company is when their after sales service cannot be faulted . I met many employees during install , rectification works ( not due to there error) and an issue a year or so later . We’re quick to respond , all very friendly and professional . Thanks for sorting for us .

Design Manager Eliza provided clear & accurate product information & advice so that I was able to sort my whole building project in one visit. Her knowledge of the products, and understanding of the building specifications, was outstanding. I am looking forward to the finished product in my mid-century renovation.

We had a meeting with specialist Garry who was exceptional.His attention to detail about every single door and window we were putting in was amazing.He took the time to make sure everything was accounted for, all the finishes, glass colours, privacy glass and door openings were to our liking.Definately felt like he cared so much which is rare when your building a house. The showroom itself needs an update and being able to view every colour I think is important.luckily they had a door out the back we could view with the colour we had chosen. Thanks so much Garry!

Eliza is thoroughly professional and knowledgeable. I could not do business with this company due to an unavoidable reason(nothing to do with Bradnams windows and doors) but I am very impressed with the quote and customer relationship management.
