I would like to express my sincere appreciation to our site manager Ahmet Kandzetovic and his team for the exceptional work delivered on my client’s property. As my client is based overseas and was unable to be in Melbourne during the build stages, clear communication and trust were crucial. Ahmet ensured we received timely updates with photos, maintained excellent build quality, and delivered the home to a high standard throughout. When the client visited Melbourne for the PCI, Ahmet was kind enough to accommodate a small part of their house-warming ritual, knowing they wouldn’t be present for the official key handover. Those thoughtful gestures truly made a difference. Today, when I took over the keys, the home was immaculately cleaned and presented with no issues at all, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free for both myself and my client. Working with Royston Homes has always been a pleasure. They consistently appoint the right site managers and make the entire process seamless. Highly recommended.

Building a home is an exciting but also nerve-wracking journey, it requires trust, patience, and the right people supporting you. We feel truly blessed to have Brad Ellis as our site manager. From the beginning, he has given us confidence and assurance that he would be with us throughout the entire process. Brad is very accommodating and consistently provides us with updates, which really helped ease our worries. Even when issues naturally came up (as they do in any build), Brad was quick to address them and worked with his team to fix everything without hesitation. Based on our experience, we definitely recommend Royston Homes, especially with Brad guiding the build. His professionalism, communication, and genuine care made this journey so much smoother for us.

This is long overdue since our property was build more than a year ago, but I think it's just fair and deserving to rate them based on their performance. Royston Homes did an outstanding job building our house in Bonshaw, delivering quality craftsmanship and a smooth construction process. We are extremely grateful to Matt Bacon for his professional supervision and dedication to ensuring every detail met our expectations. Thank you, Matt and the entire team, for making our first build a reality.

Overall, our experience with Royston homes is really excellent from the start to finish was so great. Their professionalism and their communication stood out the most. Especially to our site manager Ahmet who put his feet forward and went beyond and above our expectation. The built only took nearly 6 months and the house looks amazing with minor issues only.
