  What an absolutely wonderful experience building with this team! I have had the pleasure of working with a few different building companies in the past. I was introduced to Newcon Homes only earlier this year. I very quickly signed a contract and it felt like building works began straight away. I built a roughly 20sq home on a difficult parcel of land in terms of sizing and space. However, we achieved it. As anyone would know, we are currently in one of the toughest, highly priced periods in the building industry. A lot of companies are not completing builds, taking a huge hit to the supply chain or just simply take too long to build due to tradie demands (some builders taking up to 18months to complete a standard build). To give a comparison, another home, which a few houses down currently still under construction, still hasn't got the framing stage complete (2nd stage in the build process) and our foundations were laid one week apart. I signed a contract in Mid-June, I hold the keys to a completed home as of last week. With Marko & his team at Newcon Homes, with top finishes, my build was completed in 4 months and 1 week which is absolutely unheard of even in a normal climate, this includes a turn-key package with blinds, heating & cooling, alarm, landscaping, letterbox, driveway, even fencing and many other things most builders just leave you to do on your own once the build is complete. I have to also add to this, I selected all the finishes, colors, types of doors & windows, types of flooring color and so on. So it seems that in the supply chain Newcon Homes has a hold of, doesn't seem to have any problems as absolutely everything was done on time and exact as they described. I found dealing with Newcon Homes was such an easy, smooth process and I couldn't recommend them enough. Every single week I would get updates which included photos of progression, as well a breakdown of the upcoming week in terms of work to be completed. I haven't had this level of service dealing with any other builder prior. I'm actually astonished at the level of detail they went to, to ensure I was happy with the process. They even went through every individual item with me to advise where I could cut some costs if I wanted to, which wouldn't have an effect on the design or build quality, things I had selected as unnecessary add-ons that most builders would have just charged for anyway. I can speak for myself when I say I have definitely found the builder for myself for any future projects or builds. From beginning to end, the whole process didn't usurp too much time and they had the floor plans ready to go and colors for me to select. I'm very happy. Thank you so much to Marko and the whole team!
