  We’ve had a truly wonderful experience with the entire Metronest team from the very beginning. A big thank you to Suhail for first introducing us to Metronest — we’re so glad he did! From sales through to concept design and colour selection, the process has felt seamless and well coordinated. Viswa in Sales was supportive, transparent and always responsive, making the initial stages smooth and stress-free. Nancy did a fantastic job with the concept drawings, thoughtfully translating our ideas into a design we could genuinely see ourselves living in. Our colour selection appointment was another highlight. Megha was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and attentive to our style and preferences. With so many decisions to make, she helped simplify the process and gave us confidence in every choice. Overall, it’s been a positive and enjoyable journey working with Metronest as a whole team. Everyone has been professional, approachable and committed to making the experience a great one. We’re excited to see our home come to life and would highly recommend Metronest to anyone looking to build.

  I had the pleasure of working with Shashi Dhiman as my Construction Supervisor at Carlisle Homes, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Shashi did an outstanding job throughout the construction of my new home. He was extremely detailed, professional, and always cooperative, making the entire build process smooth and stress-free. His communication was clear, he paid close attention to quality, and he was always willing to help and address any concerns promptly. It’s rare to find a supervisor who is both technically strong and genuinely supportive, and Shashi is exactly that. I’m delighted to hear that he has now joined Metronest Homes, and I truly wish him all the very best in this new chapter. I have no doubt that Metronest Homes will grow and rise with professionals like Shashi on their team. His communication was clear and timely. Vishwa is attention to detail and his willingness to answer all our questions made a big difference. 👌 @ MEGHA - The Colour Selection Consultant helped us in making confident choices and upgrades that we have loved it.   We had some issues with the hybrid floorboards in our new home built by Metronest, but once Vanessa (the Services Supervisor) got involved, everything was handled so professionally. She was fantastic to deal with — responsive, understanding, and made sure the whole replacement process went smoothly. A special mention to Viliani from her team for his excellent work and attention to detail during the replacement. Thanks to Vanessa and the team for their great support and service!

  I can’t complain much about my experience with Metronest for my double-storey house. My build started in June 2024 and I received handover in April 2025. My sales consultant, Vish, has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process — even during construction. He consistently stepped in to address concerns and has honestly been a saviour at times. Thank you, Vish. There were some issues during the build, and I had to stay on top of many tasks the trades were completing. A few mistakes caused delays because certain things were not done as per the requirements or plans. The site supervisor Michael was a good person and generally got things fixed, though at times it was very difficult to get issues across. Nonetheless, he planned upcoming stages well and made sure corrections were eventually handled. Site manager Mick was always available for rescue & escalations. Most of the problems seemed to come from the backend office sending incorrect information to the trades. As clients, we would only discover the mistakes once the work was already completed, leading to unnecessary delays and stress. I understand no build is without issues, but Metronest really needs to improve this area. They should keep clients in the loop regarding communications with trades, especially for cabinetry, stair design, and tiling — these are too important to get wrong. It has now been more than six months since I moved in, and the maintenance team has been excellent. I had a leak that was fixed quickly, and Vanessa and Graham are handling the paint and grout colour mismatch issues I have. No complaints there. Overall, it was a good experience, but there is certainly room for improvement.
